Which brands do you print on?
We currently print on Bella+Canvas, Royal Apparel, Alternative Apparel and Groceries Apparel tees but we are always looking for additional environmentally conscience styles to add to the collection. These brands are committed to maintaining and upholding a responsible workplace and environmental standards.
Which method of printing do you use?
We currently screen print with Sparky Screen Prints (fun fact-they're a vegan husband & wife duo!) where they print each item by hand. The materials and methods they use are vegan, biodegradable and do not hurt our water supply.
How should I care for my shirts?
To make the print last the longest, wash inside out in cold water with like colors and hang dry (preferred method to avoid any shrinkage) or tumble dry on low. Also, be sure to never iron over the print.
What are your shipping costs?
Before making your purchase, you can check shipping rates using the real-time shipping calculator. By using real-time calculated shipping, it helps to ensure accurate shipping charges via USPS.
Please note that for domestic purchases, items are shipped USPS First Class Package (includes tracking #) (2-5 business days). For faster shipping, you can upgrade to USPS Priority Mail (1-3 business days) or USPS Priority Mail Express (1-2 business days).
How long will it take you to ship my order?
Please allow up to three business days for your order to ship. I will always ship orders as soon as possible.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once the order has shipped, it will usually take between 2-5 days for delivery within the US. Please note that for domestic purchases, items are shipped USPS First Class Package (includes tracking #) (2-5 business days). For faster shipping, you can upgrade to USPS Priority Mail (1-3 business days) or USPS Priority Mail Express (1-2 business days).
International shipping can take 2-3 weeks. *Please note that some countries might charge an additional import tax that I am unable to calculate or charge, therefore, I am unable to pay up front. I would recommend becoming familiar with your country's policy before ordering. Some countries base their import tax fees on the value of individual packages. What is your return policy?
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
To complete your return, we require proof of purchase in the form of your order number and e-mail address. Please include a note of your requested action, if you would like a refund or exchange.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. In the case of an exchange, you will be responsible for covering the shipping cost to send it back, however, I will cover the shipping cost to send the new item to you.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
How do you decide which animal organizations to donate to?
I like to donate to organizations and rescues that are transparent in their actions with helping animals. It is great when they share pictures and stories with the public about the animals that they have helped and what their plans are to expand their efforts to reach more lives. Our most recent donations have been to Farm Sanctuary, Safe Haven Farm Sanctuary, Leilani Farm Sanctuary and Whiskers & Tails.
